Chonky is a fry, not a chip. We cut whole potatoes into thick sticks, so every piece has real weight and a big crunch.

A regular fry cooks at 160 to 190°C. We fry under vacuum at 100 to 120°C. At that gentler heat the potato crisps up while soaking in only a fraction of the oil.

And the oil we use is rice bran oil.

How long do they stay fresh?

270 days from packing. Store them somewhere cool and dry, away from sunlight, and they hold their crunch.

What if my order arrives damaged?
