This policy explains what personal data Frisca Frozen Products Pvt. Ltd. ("Chonky", "we") collects when you use chonkyfoods.com or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, phone number, email address and delivery address.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment partner Razorpay. We never see or store your full card or bank details.
  • How you use the site: device and browser type, pages viewed and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or our contact form.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your orders, including order and delivery updates by email, SMS or WhatsApp.
  • To answer your questions and handle refunds.
  • To understand how the site is used and improve it.
  • To send offers and news, only if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time from any message.

Who we share it with

We share only what each partner needs to do its job:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store.
  • Razorpay, which processes payments.
  • Shiprocket and its courier partners, which deliver your order.
  • Google Analytics, which measures site use.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which measures our ads through the Meta Pixel.
  • Our email and WhatsApp messaging providers, for the updates described above.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose it if the law requires us to.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure site use and ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the store may then stop working.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and other data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by emailing orders@chonkyfoods.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Children

Our store is meant for adults. People under 18 should buy with a parent or guardian's consent.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
