Where we deliver

We deliver to serviceable pincodes across India through our courier partners, arranged via Shiprocket. Enter your pincode on any product page to check delivery and see an estimated arrival date.

When it ships and arrives

Orders are dispatched within one business day. Delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Once your order ships, we send a tracking link by email, SMS or WhatsApp.

What it costs

• Orders of ₹349 or more: free shipping.
• Orders under ₹349: ₹79 shipping.
• Cash on delivery: available on most pincodes, with a ₹49 fee added at checkout.

All prices include taxes.

Delays and delivery problems

Courier delays can happen during festivals, bad weather or local disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, email us and we will chase it.

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or a refused delivery, we will refund the product value of prepaid orders, less the shipping cost.

If your pincode turns out not to be serviceable after you order, we will cancel the order and refund it in full.

Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, see our refund policy. Report it within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace or refund it.
