These terms apply when you use chonkyfoods.com or buy from us. The store is run by Frisca Frozen Products Pvt. Ltd., S4, Happy Hallmark Shoppers, Near Celebrity Greens, Vesu Main Road, Surat 395007, Gujarat, India (FSSAI Lic. 10725997000302). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Who can buy

You must be 18 or older, or buying with a parent or guardian's consent. You agree to give accurate details at checkout.

Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. The ingredient list, nutrition information and allergen information printed on each pack are the final reference. Please check the pack if you have allergies. Product photos show how the product looks and are not to scale.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Shipping and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Razorpay, and cash on delivery on most pincodes. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.

Orders

Your order is confirmed when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full.

Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery is covered by our shipping policy. Cancellations, damaged items and refunds are covered by our refund policy.

Using the site

All content on this site, including the Chonky name, logo, packaging, photos and text, belongs to us. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Do not misuse the site, attempt to break it, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at Surat, Gujarat.

Changes

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
